i really think that would be best. probably pip tonight. can it still hear the others? that gets em going. and since you already had a shrink wrap maybe add a piece of wet sponge to up the humidity a bit. good luck !!

can you see an internal pip in the air cell? it is possible the chick is malpositioned and cannot pip. it should pip internally around day 19 to hatch on schedule at day 21. are these shipped eggs?

if you candle the small end of the egg, do you see any light colored sections at all? or is it very dark all around?

These are shipped eggs. All put in the bator at the same time. There is no internal pip. I will candle again when I get home.
