Need some various tips.

My quail are going to be 2 months old soon and I'm thinking of changing their feed to game bird starter because their still pretty small.
Thing is I can not find any good feed my 4 quails go through a lot of food so I'm looking for a 50lb bag or so if you guys can give me a link or any suggestions that would be great.

And also I just switched my quails to this new hay but omgggg their all covered in poop and its annoying me because I want to clean them but I'm afaird of hurting them if I hold them for so long because their very skittish plus one have a scrap on her leg and I was thinking of dipping her leg into a bowl of warm water with a bit of b.perxiode to help clean it but I'm not sure if its safe...

What kind of quail do you have? Bob's or Cotunix? I am assuming Cots as they are the ones that eat/waste alot???
What have you been feeding them? Quail need the GBS as it has the higher protein that they need.
Do not dip leg in peroxide as it will dry out the good tissue with the bad. If you need to bath use warm water.

Yeah I dont need to wash them anymore their legs got clean overnight somehow XD
and I feed them this feed at the feed store its non medicated but only 16% protein and yeah I have Cotunix

As soon as possible you should give them GBS 28% protein.

If you can't get GBS then I would suggest a turkey grower @ 24%.

I found one with 30% protien that I will order once I get paid.
