Need to downsize, but WHO??

So now that I am 7 months pregnant, it is getting cool enough to ship, and I am getting short on space, I am REALLY needing to let some birds go but I can't decide who! I breed silkies and showgirls and just can't decide what project to let go! Right now I have (all by pen)

Lav SG roo over black silkie hens - ALL staying
Lav SG roo over one lav, and one split hen - they can go after a molt
Blue/splash pen with a blue sg roo and a blue silkie roo over blue and splash hens
Porcelain/lav pen with a porcelain roo over lav sg hens, and porcelain hens

So I am thinking of either getting rid of all or half of the BBS, or porcelains.

Blacks and lavenders are my two MUST keep colors. What would you do?
