Need to find someone to butcher

Does anyone know of someone who will butcher in mid Wisconsin? I will have 28 around mid July and we would rather not do it ourselves. I can remember helping my mom do it when I was young and do not look forward to the mess.

Another option is to find an Amish farmer who will do it for you. That's what a lot of people in this area do. If you're in Wisconsin, there should definitely be some options available. Also, check with your local extension office. They can often point you in the right direction.
