Need to know what to do about my chicken egg I broke that has baby inside

I went to candle my eggs to see what was going on cause they were suppose to hatch already and I dropped an egg and the outer hard shell broke but not the inner skin, chick is making noises but not sure if I should help it out or just leave it? Please help!

Yes not way late,they are on 22 days today and none are hatching yet, I just broke the one and I feel terrible

Im wondering if I should keep it wet or what to do, should I brake the skin? Am I drying the baby chick out? Awww so stressfuk

I never hatched myself so...
@Eggcessive , @MGG ? Sorry if you don't know anything about this, but I'm sitting on the edge of my seat here.

I'm leaning open it up, but waiting for other pple.
 
Do not wet it with water.
Do you have some coconut oil or vegetable oil that you can put on a q-tip to wet that membrane so you can get a good look at what's going on underneath it?

Have any eggs hatched yet?
if not or if there are some that have not hatched can you candle and get a clear picture of what you're seeing in those unhatched eggs?
