Good Morning Everyone,
We live in Chesapeake, VA and were made aware that our residential zone will not allow us to keep our newly purchased brown duck ducklings. We were hoping to find a loop hole to keep them as we were looking forward to harvesting the duck eggs and my daughter has wanted them as pets for a long time. My daughter is heart broken but we now have to find a home for them. If anyone local or close by can take them if not all four at least two we would be grateful.
They have been handled and well taken care of and are starting to get tail feathers but are still ducklings and under a heat lamp. We are not quite sure of sex but we are thinking we have two males and two females but waiting on the duck feathers to let us know.
Appreciate any guidance if anyone knows of a way to help us keep them.

it's horrible when you are not allowed to keep them...
I hope your able to find them a home.
