We love them both but we aren't allowed to keep roosters!
The Rhode Island red is a good boy. Very gentle, eats out of our hand, puts his girls to bed at night. But he's crowing like a champ.
The white silkie is so cute and a total wacko. He is definitely low in the pecking order and he is curious about everything but scared of his own shadow. He spends most of the day darting back and forth through the coop (like a chicken without a head lol). The kids said he mimicked the bigger roo's crow but hasn't crowed again.
We are located in Bucks County PA.
