I ordered 3 FEMALE silkies from meyers hatchery which guarantee 100% the correct sex. I’m assuming they didn’t have enough girls to fulfill my order and just threw a roo in. Sad because you pay to have them sexed. I chose female because I cannot have roosters. Worse, it’s nearly impossible to rehome roosters. I contacted the hatchery with pictures and their response was “looks like you have a handsome roo” Like that makes a difference or helps. I’m located in the Lehigh valley area of PA if anyone is interested in him. He was my favorite of the three
