She is a pretty all white ameracana, about 1.8 years old. She picks on just one other hen, my favorite, a wimp. She is OK with the rest of the 7-girl flock. I believe she is jealous.

Awe. That's sad. Have you tried penning her up away from the rest? Just a week or two separated from the rest of them could cause a change as it would reset the pecking order.
