Need winter housing for 4 guinea hens

I'm giving their old pen to 6 pullets I'm raising from chicks. Have a new shed with electric and wondering about using one end with an opening to a pen outside. Will appreciate any ideas, pictures for Maine winters. How to make shed floor easy to clean out their poop? Paint floor, linoleum, etc. Many thanks

I painted the floor of my coop with Blackjack 57. It is a roofing product, you can get it at Lowe’s. It’s very thick, and needs to be stirred good before use. I used a cheap brush for the edges, and a roller for the floor. It has held up very good for the last couple years, I would recommend it to anyone. I have about 6” of pine shavings on top of that, and a poop board under the roosts.
