Needing help on breed and gender

I am going to post a few pics, but firstly this is a quarantined bird that we "acquired". I do not want to put it with the other birds until I am sure it is healthy. We are new to chickens, but this is not the type of chicken I have. Can you please help with breed and gender? I'm leaning towards rooster, but want to be sure. It is a very calm, sweet bird, it does have spurs, but I have seen hens with spurs before and don't want to be fooled.

I'd guess a roo, but I could be wrong. Not familiar with the breed.

what does his tail look like? Because it looks like you might have a silver phoenix bantam,but can not say for sure due to being unable to see his tail This is my phoenix,only thing with yours is his legs are yellow and mine is a slate black.
