needing help with pygmy doe age

i just bought a pygmy doe that i was told is 7 months old. but her horns look like a 2 or 3 month old pygmy. how big should her horns be at 7 months im not sure how fast they grow. she is very small maybe 15lbs and her horns are about 1 to 2 in long if that. thanks ps i do have pictures but it wont let me upload thanks

Well I am a visual person so pics help me better.

Bella is the lighter cream goat with dark brown strips. She is a 1 1/2 year old Pygmy doe.
Oreo is her daughter and 5 months old in this picture.
Does your Doe's horns look close to theirs?
