I am looking for standard black breeding Cochins. Near NW Arkansas.

The MO dept. of agriculture maintains a poultry yearbook with all NPIP breeders listed. It used to be online but you can still get a copy calling the NPIP office in Columbia.
It is in code now to protect personal information.
Or they may know off the top of their head who in SW MO raises Black Cochins.
Perhaps Arkansas has something similar.
