Needing to add another heat lamp, which wattage?

My broody and her brood lol are cold, despite the use of a 250 lamp, so i am picking up another.. now what wattage, no way another 250 but a 175 or a 100? They are in a stall in the duck barn, it is steady in there above freezing but just barely... we are below freezing for actual outside temps and windchills make it worse.
 
If you are able to adjust the height a good amount, I'd go with the higher wattage at least the 175. Then if need be you can just raise it. Since you are still so cold they may need the added heat of a 250 overnight.
 
Wow...it gets in the 20s and 30s here but in my brooder box with a 250w lamp the lowest the temp has gotten under the light so far is 84...

There not in a brooder though it's a stall in the duck barn, so a 250 only does so much... the stall is fairly roomy, too.
