I just finished watching the video! It was amazing what you did, I was actually looking for video's on duck eggs but this was just incredible! I'll check out the origional thread after this (it's in another tab). What a lovely way to finish off boxing day...
I was a little worried about the knife but looks like you have very stead hands!
