Neighbor feeding chickens?

She knows about tge cameras, last time i confronted her about the dog food in my yard she still denied it even tho i told her my security cameras recorded everything.

Well i put up a sign today " do not feed chickens" as she throws it in same spot and the lawns destroyed there now.
