Long story short.
across the street neighbor has decided that he should have ducks (muscovys) and chickens (game). He has a fence but no gates and they are not cooped at night from what I can see. Yesterday his rooster was in my driveway and this morning one of the hens was in my fully fenced front yard. Any ideas they don't speak English and I really don't want my girls hanging out with his.
A little background they bought the property last year started clearing it and discovered that it holds water, they can't get septic because of that and hence no running water either. They do have power go figure.
