if he plead guilty that means his dogs are now labeled viscous and will have to be kept locked up if they are caught out then the dog pound will have them put to sleep it is sad for the dog who has a bad owner. but at least there is some justice for you and your birds have you taken him to small claims yet, and have you put up the electrical fence yet. I hope you can get some money for the damage and the birds hopefully maybe he will move now.
