From what I can see probably a Quarter Horse, Buckskin. So pretty! Horses do best with other horses however it's not as essential as with chickens. She'll be fine alone just by getting good care. You should really talk to the owner. Leave a note if you don't see her much. Maybe she'd like the idea of you cleaning stalls or riding her or something.
