Neighbors mad about my chickens

Hello!
My neighbor has complained that my coop, with 6 juevinille chickens in it, has caused a fly infestation and rats in her house. However I haven't seen any flies or rats in my house which is closer to the coop. Is it possible for flies/rats to be in my neighbors house because of the chickens but not in mine?

Hi and welcome to BYC. I too would very much doubt that your neighbours issues related in any way to your chickens.

Sounds like vermin prefer her home to yours. Gee, I guess your chickens aren't the problem, Duh. Some neighbors just love to complain. I would ignore her.

x2 If there was going to be a fly infestation and rats in her house because of the chickens, it would be in yours, not your neighbors, because the chickens are in your backyard.
