neomysin for turkeys??

I asked my mom to pick up some tylosin for one of our hens that has mg and she came home with neomysin to mix in with water. Will it do help with mg??

She is acting a little healthier and the swelling has went down a little but not really enough. ill have to look when I get home but it might be neomycin sulfate.
