Neosporin Safe for Chickens?

I don't know if this is in the right section (it's not serious which is why I didn't put this in emergencies/diseases).
Anyway, is Neosporin safe to use on a chicken's comb? The active ingredients are bactracin, neomycin, and polymycin. I do not see any -caine ingredients.

It's a small package. It does not say 'pain relief' anywhere. I'm assuming that it's safe.
 
It says "original" at the top. Anyways, I put it on, it's been a minute and she didn't explode or anything. I think that means success! :D
 
My pic is from my chicken first aid box. The tube has one squirt left. It has been used a lot on my poultry. I breed birds. The roos can be rough. It hasn't harmed a hen yet from using the ointment. I've been waiting for someone else to jump in the conversation. SURE there are a lot of products you can buy for your chickens, but if neosporin is all you've got for the moment.. use it. As long as it's not printed pain relief.
