Thanks! I seem to only be able to get good chick pictures - my adult pics are never very good! It's just a basic digital, I don't even know the brand (don't have it here). It has a macro setting on it for close ups. Most digital cameras produced in the last 5 years or so have a macro setting, but lots of us don't read all the instructions that come with the camera (me included!). The macro setting is typically a small flower icon, like a tulip. Look at your camera's settings - you may have macro! It's only good for close-ups.
