Hello everyone,
I've been lurking the BYC Forum for a while, but finally decided to join...
My name is Jasmine, I live in northern California and am interning as a horse trainer.
I have three gorgeous Sebastopol eggs- two of which are due on Wednesday. I will be retaining one female (if possible) and re homing the others to kind homes.
She will be a diapered house pet for the most part. Name- Balbinka. I am still trying to find a diaper supplier who can make the diaper I need and ship it within the time frame that is needed.
I am very nervous as this is my first time hatching goose eggs and I want everything to go well... second, I don't know how the rest of this community feels about poultry as house pets. Please don't slam, I just got here!
I am also the mommy to twelve pet chickens (outdoor, not house pets). Three Buff Orpingtons, three Rhode Island Reds, three Dark Cornish hens, and three Buff Brahmas. They are about two months old now and I have to admit that I am partial to the Orps and Brahmas!
Cheers, and I hope to make lots of friends here,
Jasmine
