Nest box pictures?

I live in Florida. I use spanish moss in my nest boxes. I used hay but the birds kept kicking it out along with the eggs. Since I have been using the spanish moss I haven't had any problems. These picture are older pics and the coop with the 6 nestboxes has been altered some since.

I am going to be building my nesting boxes soon and plan to do the ones where you can access them from outside the coop. How do you attach these??
