Nest box size: Brahma's and Jersey Giants

You can worry over nest box size but if the hen doesn't like it she will find another place to lay. Maybe in a watering can that's been abandoned, or a 1/2 full sack of sawdust, or well, who knows! We made nest boxes and our chickens like them. I've only had one hen lay somewhere else! We be lucky! I have two jersey giant hens and they have no issue with the boxes.

What size nest boxes do you recommend for these large breeds?

What size do you have?
What size do you wish you had?

Maximum and minimum recommendations welcomed.

My largest are Buff Brahma, 2 Orpingtons and a Jersey Giant and all my boxes are
16" wide x 16" tall x 20" deep.
They could be smaller but it gives them room to turn around and they are really happy (or so I've overheard them say)...l
