Nest boxes for cortunix?

What do you guys use for nest boxes for your quail? I'm trying to be original, and I just can't think of anything that size. I do have a box with dirt all in the bottom of it for them. They love to dust bathe. Any suggestions welcome.

I have tried to get my girls to use some nesting boxes. I got creative but nope. They wont use anything I have come up with. So I would love to see ideas :*)

I have a little tissue box they like to go sit in there my Buttons use theirs to lay in but my cortunix are not old enough to lay yet so I don't know if the would use the little house or not they have a wooden piggie house.

A kleenex box? I could do that for now, but would have to replace it often. Maybe I'll get my husband to build them a box, an itty bitty laying box.

Right now, they are laying every single egg in their dirt bath box. I guess they feel it is the natural place to lay.

Most of the time quail wont lay in a nest box. Every now and then you will get one that will though.

My button lays under the hamster hiding house thingy in the cage. My Cotunix lay wherever they want. Sometimes on the cage floor and other times in the food or water even.
