I saw others mention chickens sleeping in boxes is this normal ?I asked the birds about it their answer was to take a dump in the boxes, is this something to worry about, will they stop the feces when they begin to lay me some eggs.

It's problem unless you don't mind poopy eggs, or cleaning the nests every morning.
How old are your birds?
Is their roost higher than the nests?

I do not let them sleep in a nest box,, unless broody, a good broody will not soil her nest.

they are 8-9 weeks in age,roost is not higher than nest boxes

Simply raising the roost height so that its higher than the nest box could solve your problem.

Yes, if raising the roost is simple, do so.
