Nesting box question

Hubby and I are redoing the coop. I want the nesting boxes inside. However it's only 4 feet tall so we can't get into the coop to get the eggs. Is there a way to put them inside and cut out a little door on the outside? I just want the door to be flush with the coop wall.

Not sure if that makes any sense lol

Put the boxes on the wall inside, then cut a small square door in the wall right behind the boxes and put a couple of hinges on it. Simple.

That sounds good to me, too. If you can, maybe frame in the door with something to give a little structural integrity to your egg door.
