nesting box size for jersey giants

I am a newbie building my first coop/tractor Iwas wondering if any suggestions on how big to build nest box for a jersey giant hen and how far off floor level boxes should be thanks for advise. I love BYC!!!!!!

18X18 is the minimum per hen, since they are a large breed boxes should be placed any where between 0-1' off the ground.

This is interesting... What about the roosts? How high up can they be, how wide must they be per chicken, and how far from the walls and ceiling must they be? Is 4 inches still the recommended thickness of the roost?

Can Jersey Giants fly at all, or are they as earthbound as silkies?
