Nesting box size

How large of nesting boxes do I need? I have 4 RIR, 2 Black Sex Links, 2 Barred Plymouth Rocks, and 2 Sicilian Buttercups (which one I suspect is a he and not a she, lol)
 
12" wide by 14" high by 12" deep will work nicely. Another alternative is a tunnel nest which I have used for years now and prefer to the standard nest box. The tunnel keeps out light, the chickens stay calmer, the eggs stay clean and are never broken as the hens never ever take to egg eating (they can't peck what they can't see).
