Nesting Box

I have a bantam hen of some breed, no one knows what kind she is. For about a month, she laid an egg every single day. Now she just sits in the nesting box all day long just sitting there not doing anything and not laying eggs at all. She doesnt mind me touching her and picking her up, but she'll go right back into the box after i take her out. What does this mean? Please help.
