nesting boxes

Anyone know where the most inexpensive nesting boxes can be bought. We might need a new galvanized one with 10 boxes.

The MOST inexpensive is in the dumpster behind your local grocery store. It's called a cardboard box!

If you're only wanting the galvanized kind, I'd try farm auctions or craigs list. Birdaholic may or may not have been joking

but that's about true. Nest boxes can literally be anything, and can be built very cheaply...some even use the old 5 gallon plastic buckets turned on their sides...old dresser drawers, etc.

ours were built 12" x 12" (3 boxes) for 30.00 in wood and screws.

I use covered cat litter boxes I found at Goodwill. The girls love them and the cover creates privacy. They are easy for moving because of the handle and easy to clean out as well...
