Nesting boxes

I need some ideas of nesting boxes...My hens are at that age and i got one random egg the other day and nothing since. Im trying to think of cheap easy ways to make nesting boxes this weekend (layaway for kids this weekend). Help??

show a pic of your coop situation and hopefully someone can suggest what would be appropriate for your coop...

You could put a couple of plastic storage boxes in the coop, lay them on their sides and put bedding in. Anything will do really, just so long as they've got somewhere quiet to sit.

Milk Crates Can work, If you put bedding in them.

I have banties. I use wooden apple crates (upright) on the floor filled with shavings. I had them attached to the wall, but they preferred the ground, so I moved them.
