nesting boxes

my chickens won't lay eggs! i found four i think from the same girl, and its always in the same box. BUT the nesting box it lays in is bigger than the other boxes. its not that bigger but i wonder if my boxes are to small. does anyone else have this problem?
the nesting boxes are full of hay and they seem to look in them but never go in them.
please help me someone i really need an answer.

There are a lot of factors. Are your hens not laying at all or are they not laying in the boxes? How old are they? Have they all started laying and stopped or just not started? Are they making their own hidden nest somewhere? How many hens to how many boxes and is the size of the boxes large enough?

I have found that my hens usually lay in the same box over and over so that is not odd.

You normally wouldn't need that many boxes for so few hens. I had trouble getting some of mine to lay in there boxes they kept making hidden nests.
