my indian runner duck has a nest full of eggs underneath an old canoe in the yard. All of the other ducks congregate near the boat during of the day and at night but don't actually harass the nesting duck. there are 2 males and 2 females that seem interested and stay near. Is that normal? Last year the drake tried to kill the ducklings and I'm afraid they are waiting on these to hatch.
