Nests and 10 weeks old

Hi everyone. I have 10 week old red sex links. I just put the nests in. Do I block them off or leave them open? Two of them have pink combs so im pretty sure those will be my first 2 layers. any advise would be appreciated. thanks

Leave them open so they can come and go as they please.

Just make sure they're not sleeping in them.

My roo is such a good boy. I caught him making the sounds and making a nest by the nest boxes, like he's showing my young pullets where to lay. I have some 12 week olds, getting closer!
