Not sure whether to put this here or in the Feeding/Watering your Flock thread?

Have you used Net-Tex Nutri-Drops?: http://www.farmcareuk.com/shop/product/poultry-food-supplements/Poultry-nutri-drops
Do
they work? Well, badly, in time?
What are they like?
Are they good value?
Do they do what they say they will?
And how good are they for disease recovery?
If not, what is better?

Looking for some vitamin and mineral supplements for my bantam who is slow, lethargic, has no energy, a weak immune system, and a low appetite (very thin), and who is recovering from scaly leg and favus.

This product is like poultry nutri drench, as a matter of fact it states so on the label. I've used poultry nutri drench, it is loaded with vitamins and minerals. You can add it to their water or feed. You can dose a drop or two directly into the mouth. The only bad thing about it is that it is so rich in vitamins and minerals, that after 5 days of use, it causes diarrhea....sometimes sooner. It will not cure diseases, but will help a chicken regain its strength. The bantam with the symptoms you describe sounds like it could have mites or worms.

I'm not expecting it to cure diseases, just to help her recover

The chicken did have mites and I really need to get some worming stuff. If you have chickens, what do you use? I don't know what's the best/safest. And how do you know if they have worms?
