Neurological, dislocation, or? Need help with chick please!

Medicated chick starter supplemented with a small amount of my own custom blended scratch grains and a little bit of scrambled egg. Just started a small dose of nutri drench to provide support. Any recommendations?
Stop the scratch grains.
Feed only the complete balanced commercially made chick feed.

It's possible this chick has only been eating what it wants from the scratch and has not been getting a balanced diet which can cause leg issues.

Could you hold the chick at a standing position supporting it, and get a picture from the front or back? If it was walking normally before, it sounds more like an injury to the legs or the back. But there are several common leg bone deformities that can affect one or both legs. A tendon injury or slipped tendon might also be possible.

Okay- will stop the scratch and just feed the chick starter. Continue with nutri drench? Probably can’t hurt, right? Is there a preferred supplement?

Great...yes I'd continue the ND.
Are you giving it straight to the beak or mixed with water?

I would pick up some of this too:

Update- seems more active today. Still non weight bearing but able to move around pulling with the left leg. The right leg drags behind him. If I turn the chick over, it can move both legs but that seems to be more of an involuntary response.

Giving it straight- about 4 drops per day. I will pick some of the booster up today. Do you give that by dropper or in the water?
I mix it in their water.

I don't think 4 drops of ND is enough.
I'd give that amount three times a day.

Poultry Cell is better to use since it has the riboflavin which NutriDrench lacks. Riboflavin deficiency can cause the curled under toes on the righ foot and weak leg, but so can an injury, and in chicks who have Mareks disease. Mareks symptoms never occur before 3 weeks of age, but are more common later between 5 to 25 weeks. Have you said how old the chick is? On the label dosage of either Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell is 1 ml for every 3 pounds of weight. A couple of drops is probably about right.
