No, I'm not asking a question or for advice, this is just a mini-rant.
This is my first time raising ducklings before they were old enough to be outside. I've had ducks before, but they were always outside right away. So I have ten Saxonies in my house, and I have never had to clean the brooder this much for chicks! I have to clean it every morning, except the past two days I haven't had time to clean it well before I left for school, so I throw a thick layer of shavings in and clean their feeder and waterer. I have to hardcore-clean it tomorrow.
I'm counting the days 'til I can put them outside.
