Never Broody, Not Once!

I have three hens that have NEVER gone broody.

My first assumption is that it's something to do with their breeding. And this has been my thinking for a while.

Through selective breeding their broody instinct has been selected out so they could concentrate on laying eggs instead of going broody, and relying on electric incubators to incubate them, to make them more industrial for instance.

Is this right? Or is something else going on?

Here are some pictures of them to help with breed and breeding (and if you could help me with that, that would be helpful too)

Yuku.com wants us to log in before we can see the pics. Maybe upload the pics here? There's a tutorial in FAQs I think that tells how to do that.

It used to have an image code I could use with it, but now that's changed! I have to refigure everything out, or upload them elsewhere.

(Done!)
