Never figured out these two tiny chickens

I thought maybe they were Serama chickens, but I just cant figure them out. They were very small, and layed tiny little eggs.

If it is a leghorn, production should be very prolific. Eggs will be pearl white.
If it is a OEG, production may be good over a very short season but on an annual basis, production is poor. Eggs may be white or tinted.
