Never had a chick hatch that looks like this

This baby chick hatched 12ish hours before I took this picture. This is after I wiped it off and dried it. Its a backyard mix. Its Mom is an Easter Egger (not pictured). Unsure of the Dad. I don't have any Silkies or Frizzles. It's feels wirey, not soft like the others. I'm pretty excited to see what it looks like in a couple weeks. Anyone ever have one that looked like this?

Over a week old. Had to dry it off after getting wet and some of the wirey feather came out.
