Never molt?

Our girls have never molted. 3 years old now going on 4. Egg production has been dropping off for them. Is this normal to never molt?

And 3-4 year olds will slow down their laying. Peak laying is about 3 years old.

A few of ours have never molted either. Or their molt is very subtle. I suspect the bald girls must be envious!
