My youngest DD is very tenderhearted so there would be no meat chickens for us. Because DD can't stand for any animal to be killed unless they kill her animals.
Well, things have changed one of our roosters flogged her and her horse so she wants the neighbor to kill it. Another rooster attacked me tonight so he's going to be dinner too.
She and I can't watch it happen but DH will take care of it while we are at school.
