Ive had both of these hens now for a year and they started laying at 6 months about a year and a half ago now but my grandpa was the one who brought them to me but he couldnt tell me what breed they were . Any information would be great thanks!🤗

this is big yellow she was the bigger one until they started laying eggs

the black one is sharpie they were a pair and came together, shes at the top of the pecking order here and is pretty aggresive with any other chicken even rooster execpt her sister big yellow. The smaller one next to her ive had for about 11 months shes also laying eggs now but the back of her head is bald and currently healing from being pecked at by the 2 others i also dont know what she is , we just call her la pelona or the crazy one 🤦🏽‍♀️
 
They're more primitive than many other kinds of chickens. They may have initially been used for fighting, but are often bred to be docile with humans regardless. I am not very familiar with game bird breeds, many times they "mutts" with game bird type! 😄
