new 1 year old hens do alot of head twitching and shakeing

i bought 10, 1 year olds last sunday they are rireds and sex link cross. noticed some coughing and head twitching . they were all cooped up in a coop with 50 other birds the same age with no run access. some are laying some arent. they werent being fed enough. either. they have feed and water 24/7 now.

I don`t know about the coughing but the head twitching thing my hens do that all the time and really bad if they are under stress.

I have RIR's and Comets, and they do the head twitching often. I would only be concerned if there is some sort of discharge, or if they are also scratching near their heads.
