New 6 chicks variety owner!

[My Six Chicks]

Hi!

Just purchased 6 new chicks! We have 2 production reds, 2 silver laced wynadottes, 1 Golden sex link, and 1 black autralorp. We got them at 1 week old from our local agway

. So far, they have been interested in looking at our dog thru the glass, and so has he! As far as we know, they are all hens, but the golden sex link is acting like a rooster

. We have them now in a 10 gallon fish tank, but will move them to something bigger soon. We change the water every day, keep it clean, so they should hopefully grow up to be happy and healthy! Hope to keep you updated on them! So far, two have names, the black autralorp is Oreo, and one of the reds is Benedict. (Probably typical but

But I am pretty silly anyway.
