My two girls are coming up on 5 weeks, and seem pretty tight, because it's just the two of them. I want two more. Would I be better off getting 2 chicks, or 2 pullets that are the same age? I just want everyone to get along!

I would say two pullets the same age. You will still have to go through the introduction period but you won't have to wait for them to grow to the same size so it will be quicker.
