I'd start working now on converting a section of the old milk barn into the coop. 6 PBRs will not fit in one of those tiny pre-fab coops.
I'll let you know now, it won't be the eggs that are your favorite aspect of chickens.

Thank you. Your coop build/write up is giving me excellent inspiration! Unfortunately these six will have to make due as we are 45 minutes away from our land with the milking barn until our house gets built (18 months at best, I think). On the upside, I have ample time to design and build a great spot. I will be studying your, and others, designs and builds In detail!
